How it all started
Kaplan Cleaning was born out of frustration after being let down by unreliable cleaning services at home and at work.
Trying to get a cleaner for my home was frustrating. When they did show up the work wasn’t good enough and finding a new cleaner was tedious.
I'd seen my fair share of office cleaners come and go too.
The cleaners always seemed to start off well but things started to go wrong pretty quickly. They’d start missing things, doing a poor job, using cloths and mops for toilet areas without changing to new ones when cleaning kitchen areas. Sometimes they’d just not show up, leaving workplaces dirty and unhygienic, and leaving busy office managers to chase up their agencies for a replacement.
That's why I decided to launch Kaplan Cleaning Services in Nuneaton in 2018 after spending 13 years in the NHS.

Prior to starting your regular cleaning services we will always come to your home or full to carry out a full deep clean; starting as we mean to go on.
- If you are an Office Manager, you will be provided with a checklist of what we do every time we clean your workplace, as well as doing consistent monthly checks of your office to ensure that all areas are being cleaned to the highest standard.
- For Landlords or Letting/Estate Agents, you will be provided with a report at the end of our cleaning service giving you a full breakdown of what we have cleaned, any problems we have found, and any damaged or broken appliances or décor.
